The Boston Herald has unearthed a way to avoid being 'catfished' like Manti Te'o. They say a Google image “reverse” search can tell whether or not someone is using a fake photo online. Step #1: download Google’s Chrome browser. It includes an enhanced version of Google’s image search. Step #2: save the image in question to your hard drive. Do a split-screen view, with Google Chrome on one side and the image on the other. Drag and drop the image into Google’s image search. Catfish the movie...

Denise, There is a movie out called Catfish the movie which has spurred into a weekly series called Catfish. It is a story about Nev Schullman and how he was duped as well. His friend made it into a movie and now it is a weekly series. I watch it religiously. I'm 49 and single and wouldn't even dare get on one of the dating sites just for that reason. This was out long before Manti got duped on FB. My friend is going through it right now on Match, POF, etc...all those dating sites. It's an epidemic. Check out the move and the tv show.
