Daylight Saving Time 2012 Ends Sunday, November 4, Fall Back One Hour

Can you believe it, it's that time again, time to turn back the clocks this weekend. Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 4 at 2 a.m. Make sure you turn your clocks back 1 hour before bed Saturday night.

Why Daylight Saving Time?

The federal government doesn't require U.S. states or territories to observe daylight saving time, which is why residents of Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Marianas Islands won't need to change their clocks this weekend.

That means we get an extra hour of sleep, that's good.
