LIVE from the Rocky Mountain Hospital for
Children at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center

In the Denver area, The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away from home for families of seriously ill children. Thousands of families a year come to the Denver area to stay for weeks and even months for treatment for major medical issues such as premature births, cancer, congenital heart problems and severe injuries.
Being away from home for long periods of time creates financial and emotional hardships for families who are already struggling to care for a severely ill child. For more information, CLICK HERE.
The Ronald McDonald Caremobile will be onsite (at the front doors of the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children) and giving free flu shots to kids during the radiothon. They'll be available from 8:30 am - 3 pm on a first come, first served basis.
• an extended network of support from others going through similar hardships
• home-cooked meals and private living quarters
• a warm, supportive alternative to costly hotels and uncomfortable hospital waiting rooms
• arts and crafts activities and other non-critical support services
Providing this care for one family costs Ronald McDonald House more than $80 a day - yet they only ask families to pay $20 a day. Many families can't even manage that. Ronald McDonald House will never turn anyone away because they can't afford it. That's why they need your help today, so Ronald McDonald House can continue their great work.
The gift provides care, comfort, and hope to families that may not have been able to afford it.
Throughout the month of November, Guaranty Bank and Trust is collecting change for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Put your loose change int he piggy bank at any Guaranty Bank and Trust location and they'll match your donation 100%. Find a location near you.
