Tom Bossen decorated his home on Williams Street in pinks, reds and light-up hearts: Making his house a Valentine for the whole neighborhood.
Bossen says he hopes the lights will help spread the love during the holiday.
"Maybe [people can] take away a good feeling out from it," Bossen said. "Don't be special in one day out of the year, be special in 365 days out of the year. That's what love is all about."
