Professional cyclists from all over the world are in Colorado this week as the USA Pro Cycling Challenge gets underway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The race began Monday morning at 10 a.m. in Durango and will wind through the Rockies and then end in Denver on August 26th. On Monday the cyclists will ride from Durango to Telluride, Colorado.

Stage one starts in Durango on Monday and heads to Telluride. On Tuesday, riders will start in Montrose and head to Mt. Crested Butte. In stage 3, they will go from Gunnison to Aspen. On Thursday, riders will go from Aspen to Beaver Creek. After that grueling stage, Friday will usher the riders from Breckenridge to Colorado Springs. The sixth stage will go from Golden to Boulder. The last stage will be in Denver for the individual time trial.
