Westminster Police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing girl in the north part of the metro Denver area. See her picture and information below.

Police say 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway normally meets a friend at a park before heading to school. But she never made it to that park or to Witt Elementary after she left her home, near although Avenue and Moore Street.
"[We] started activating a lot of personnel to start searching for her," Westminster Police Detective Trevor Materasso said.
