KOSI 101, FOX 31 and a handful of other media outlets went to INVESCO Field at Mile High to get a glimpse at the thousands of “American Idol” hopefuls waiting to audition in front of a panel of judges. Held bright and early on Friday, July 29, vocal chords were rehearsed, nerves were rattled and soon-to-be stars were ready for Denver’s “American Idol” search. KOSI 101’s bubbly morning host Denise Plante stopped by and interviewed some contestants and got the crowd pumped before they went inside to await their fate.
