The verified Grand Prize Winner will receive a Lennox Elite Model #EL 195-E unit and includes all installation costs.  Now Heating and Air will contact the Grand Prize Winner within 10 days or less of Station notifying Now Heating and Air of Grand Prize Winner’s information. A representative from Now Heating and Air will contact Grand Prize Winner and make appointment to visit the Grand Prize Winner’s home to determine appropriate Lennox Heating System for the Grand Prize Winner’s home based on the sole discretion of Now Heating and Air (up to a maximum value of $4,500). Now Heating and Air will use their best efforts to install the prize in the Grand Prize Winner’s home within 30 days of visit to Grand Prize Winner’s home.  Includes: standard electrical hookup, gas hookup and local permitting fees. $4500 retail value for equipment and installation including up to a 135,000 btuh input system

Grand Prize Winner will not be entitled to any additional cash awards or prizes in addition to prize as described above if appropriate size and capacity of heating system does not equal the maximum prize allowed of $4,500.  If prize winner desires to add additional products or services from Now Heating and Air they will be solely at the winners request and all costs of such additions will be above and beyond the contest prize value and contracted separately between the winner and Now Heating and Air.  $4,500 retail value for equipment and installation including up to a 135,000 btuh input system.  Includes standard electrical and gas hookup and local permitting fees.  Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that Station is not responsible for any delays or any damage resulting from the work in the home.

This Grand Prize (in its entirety) will be forfeited if the selected winner or his/her legal spouse either (a) on the date of winning is not the record owner of a stand-alone or multi-family home (co-ops and condos are excluded) that is located within the Denver metropolitan area (as reasonably determined by Now Heating and Air as part of their usual service area) or (b) on the date of winning is not listed as a tenant on a residential lease of a stand-alone or multi-family home (co-ops and condos are excluded) that is located within the Denver metropolitan area (as reasonably determined by Now Heating and Air as part of their usual service area) and does not deliver to Station the written consent of the record owner and their landlord within ten (10) days of receiving the required consent form from Station (Station will provide the required consent form).   Station reserves the right to require that the selected winner provide one or more documents to evidence eligibility and qualification (including, without limitation, deeds and/or leases). Failure to provide any requested documents by the deadline requested by the Station will result in automatic disqualification -- in which case, an alternate winner will be selected by Station in this contest from among all other qualifiers.”

In the event that the Grand Prize is not compatible with the existing fuel service available at the winning home, Grand Prize winner may either (a) arrange (at his/her sole expense) to have the required fuel service installed or), (b) accept delivery of the uninstalled heating system only, in which case the installation portion of the prize will be forfeited and no alternative prize or cash value will be awarded for that part of the prize, or (c) refuse to accept the prize and sign a Prize Waiver (to be provided by Station), in which case Station may (but shall not be obligated) to award the prize to another winner (time permitting).   
 
The record owner of the property where the Grand Prize will be installed must have a standard homeowners insurance policy on the home before any work will commence.  Station may require proof of such policy.  
 
In addition, the entrant or his/her legal spouse on the date of winning (if applicable) must be the record owner of a stand-alone or multi-family home (co-ops and condos are excluded) OR must be listed as a tenant on a residential lease of a stand-alone or multi-family home (co-ops and condos are excluded) that is located within the Denver metropolitan area (as reasonably determined by Now Heating and Air as part of their usual service area). Tenants must obtain the written consent of the record owner and their landlord in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize in this contest (as described further in Section 7 above).  Prize not claimed within thirty (30) business days of Grand Prize Winner being advised by Station shall be considered forfeited (without notice to the Grand Prize Winner) and will be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner.
