Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue

Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue, will be holding a 5K Doggie Dash Walk & Fair in Louisville, CO. on May 18th. 11th Annual Heart and Stroke Walk
The Heart and Stroke Walk is volunteers, companies, churches, neighborhoods, families and friends walking to raise funds and awareness to help fight heart disease and stroke. The Heart and Stroke Walk is a way for the entire community to take the steps toward a cure for the 1st and 3rd leading killers of all Americans. 
Join us for the Festival before and after the Walk for free food, giveaways, health screenings, fitness assessments, a kids activity area, music and entertainment.

The Animal Rescue & Adoption Society invites you to their Spring Bazaar on Saturday April 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at John Collins Church at the corner of Bannock and Iliff. Join us for great deals on unusual items for your home, car and family. Proceeds benefit the homeless cats and kittens at the ARAS shelter at 2390 South Delaware Street in Denver. ARAS is committed to helping animals in need by providing a safe environment for the homeless cats and kittens in their care, and by seeking safe homes for them. Recording For The Blind & Dyslexic
The Rocky Mountain Unit of the Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic is now recruiting volunteers. RFB&D, a national nonprofit organization, was founded in 1951 with a mission to provide recorded textbooks to students--kindergarten through graduate school and beyond-- who are blind, visually impaired, learning or physically disabled. Volunteer opportunities at RFB&D are varied and include: Readers, Directors,  Bookmarkers, Office Assistants, and School Outreach.
