This recipe truly combines the best of both worlds with the crumbs toasting and crisping up while taking on a hit of smoke. The meat is juicier than anything you have tasted. The perfect cookout recipe.
If you have a fast paced life & you are looking for a quick but tasty dinner idea then this is it!
Suggestion: Serve with rice pilaf and a nice vegetable or salad.
Grilled Onions
Buy medium Vahldalia onions (sweet) and take the outer skin off.
Cut in 1/2 and place on a piece of aluminum foil that will fit being wrapped around the whole onion. Place 1 pat of butter on each 1/2 and season with your favorite seasonings and herbs.
You can also add a splash of worchester sauce or balsamic vinegar (optional). Wrap with foil and cook for about 30 minutes until they are soft when pressed with finger.
It's all about the rub. Besides adding some spice to the ribs, a rub will help to lock in the natural juices for a more tender rack of ribs. Give it a try!
